| Transliteration | Washahidin wamashhoodin |
| Literal | And/by a witness/testifier and a witnessed (against). |
| Yusuf Ali | By one that witnesses, and the subject of the witness;- |
| Pickthal | And by the witness and that whereunto he beareth testimony, |
