| Transliteration | Fa-innama hiya zajratun wahidatun |
| Literal | So but it is one deterrent/cry to drive out . |
| Yusuf Ali | But verily, it will be but a single (Compelling) Cry, |
| Pickthal | Surely it will need but one shout, |
| Arberry | But it shall be only a single scare, |
| Shakir | But it shall be only a single cry, |
