43:60 ولو نشاء لجعلنا منكم ملائكة في الارض يخلفون


TransliterationWalaw nashao lajaAAalna minkum mala-ikatan fee al-ardi yakhlufoona
LiteralAnd if We will/want, We would have made from you angels in the earth/Planet Earth they succeed/follow.

Yusuf AliAnd if it were Our Will, We could make angels from amongst you, succeeding each other on the earth.
PickthalAnd had We willed We could have set among you angels to be viceroys in the earth.
