27:67 وقال الذين كفروا ءاذا كنا ترابا واباؤنا ائنا لمخرجون


TransliterationWaqala allatheena kafaroo a-itha kunna turaban waabaona a-inna lamukhrajoona
LiteralAnd those who disbelieved said: "Is (it that) if we and our fathers were dust/earth are we brought out (E)?"

Yusuf AliThe Unbelievers say: "What! when we become dust,- we and our fathers,- shall we really be raised (from the dead)?
PickthalYet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)?
Arberry The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth?
ShakirAnd those who disbelieve say: What! when we have become dust and our fathers (too), shall we certainly be brought forth?
