25:51 ولو شئنا لبعثنا في كل قرية نذيرا


TransliterationWalaw shi/na labaAAathna fee kulli qaryatin natheeran
LiteralAnd if We willed/wanted, We would have sent in every village/urban city a warner/giver of notice .

Yusuf AliHad it been Our Will, We could have sent a warner to every centre of population.
