| Transliteration | Inna lilmuttaqeena mafazan |
| Literal | That truly to the fearing and obeying (is) a success/triumph . |
| Yusuf Ali | Verily for the Righteous there will be a fulfilment of (the heart's) desires; |
| Pickthal | Lo! for the duteous is achievement - |
| Arberry | Surely for the godfearing awaits a place of security, |
| Shakir | Surely for those who guard (against evil) is achievement, |
| Sarwar | The pious ones will be triumphant. |
| Khalifa | The righteous have deserved a reward. |
| Hilali/Khan | Verily, for the Muttaqoon, there will be a success (Paradise); |
| H/K/Saheeh | Indeed, for the righteous is attainment |
| Malik | On that Day, the righteous will certainly achieve their Heart’s desires:[31] |
