| 5:55 انما وليكم الله ورسوله والذين امنوا الذين يقيمون الصلاة ويؤتون الزكاة وهم راكعون | |
| Transliteration | Innama waliyyukumu Allahu warasooluhu waallatheena amanoo allatheena yuqeemoona alssalata wayu/toona alzzakata wahum rakiAAoona |
| Literal | But your guardian/patron/ally (is) God, and His messenger; and those who believed they keep up the prayers, and they give the charity , and they are bowing . |
| Yusuf Ali | Your (real) friends are (no less than) Allah, His Messenger, and the (fellowship of) believers,- those who establish regular prayers and regular charity, and they bow down humbly (in worship). |
