43:4 وانه في ام الكتاب لدينا لعلي حكيم


TransliterationWa-innahu fee ommi alkitabi ladayna laAAaliyyun hakeemun
LiteralAnd that it truly is in The Books' mother/origin at Us (The Book's origin is at Us), height and mighty (E) ,wise/judicious (full of wisdom).

Yusuf AliAnd verily, it is in the Mother of the Book, in Our Presence, high (in dignity), full of wisdom.
PickthalAnd Lo! in the Source of Decrees, which We possess, it is indeed sublime, decisive.
