26:167 قالوا لئن لم تنته يالوط لتكونن من المخرجين


TransliterationQaloo la-in lam tantahi ya lootu latakoonanna mina almukhrajeena
LiteralThey said: "If (E) you do not end/terminate/stop, you Lot, you will be/become (E) from the brought/driven out ."

Yusuf AliThey said: "If thou desist not, O Lut! thou wilt assuredly be cast out!"
PickthalThey said: If thou cease not, O Lot, thou wilt soon be of the outcast.
Arberry They said, 'If thou givest not over, Lot, thou shalt assuredly be one of the expelled.'
ShakirThey said: If you desist not, O Lut! you shall surely be of those who are expelled.
SarwarThey said, "Lot, if you do not give up preaching, you will certainly be expelled (from this town)".
