13:12 هو الذي يريكم البرق خوفا وطمعا وينشئ السحاب الثقال


TransliterationHuwa allathee yureekumu albarqa khawfan watamaAAan wayunshi-o alssahaba alththiqala
LiteralHe is who shows you the lightning frightfully and desiring/coveting , and He creates/develops the clouds, the heavy/loaded.

Yusuf AliIt is He Who doth show you the lightning, by way both of fear and of hope: It is He Who doth raise up the clouds, heavy with (fertilising) rain!
