at-Taubah (Repentance) 9:1

9:1 سورة التوبة براءة من الله ورسوله الى الذين عاهدتم من المشركين


TransliterationBaraatun mina Allahi warasoolihi ila allatheena AAahadtum mina almushrikeena
LiteralInnocence/denouncement from God and His messenger to those who you promised/made a contract (with) them from the sharers/takers of partners (with God).

Yusuf AliA (declaration) of immunity from Allah and His Messenger, to those of the Pagans with whom ye have contracted mutual alliances:-
PickthalFreedom from obligation (is proclaimed) from Allah and His messenger toward those of the idolaters with whom ye made a treaty.

Freedom from obligation in this matter is proclaimed from Allah and His Messenger towards those Idolaters with whom you made a treaty.
