al-A`raf (The Heights, The Elevated Places) 7:174

7:174 وكذلك نفصل الايات ولعلهم يرجعون


TransliterationWakathalika nufassilu al-ayati walaAAallahum yarjiAAoona
LiteralAnd as/like that We detail/explain the evidences/verses , and maybe/perhaps they return.

Yusuf AliThus do We explain the signs in detail; and perchance they may turn (unto Us).
PickthalThus we detail the revelations, that haply they may return.
Arberry So We distinguish the signs; and haply they will return.
ShakirAnd thus do We make clear the communications, and that haply they might return.
SarwarThus do We explain Our revelations so that they might return to (the right path).
KhalifaWe thus explain the revelations, to enable the people to redeem themselves.
Hilali/KhanThus do We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail, so that they may turn (unto the truth).
H/K/SaheehAnd thus do We [explain in] detail the verses, and perhaps they will return.
MalikThus do We spell out Our revelations so that you might return to the Right Way.[174]
QXPWe explain Our Verses in detail so that people turn towards the Book.
Maulana AliAnd thus do We make the messages clear, and that haply they may return.
Free MindsIt is such that We explain the revelations, perhaps they will revert.
Qaribullah As such We make plain Our verses in order that they return.

AsadAnd thus clearly do We spell out these messages; and [We do it] so that they [who have sinned] might return [unto Us].
