40:35 الذين يجادلون في ايات الله بغير سلطان اتاهم كبر مقتا عند الله وعند الذين امنوا كذلك يطبع الله على كل قلب متكبر جبار


TransliterationAllatheena yujadiloona fee ayati Allahi bighayri sultanin atahum kabura maqtan AAinda Allahi waAAinda allatheena amanoo kathalika yatbaAAu Allahu AAala kulli qalbi mutakabbirin jabbarin
LiteralThose who argue/dispute in God's evidences/verses/signs without a proof/evidence (that) came to them, abhorrence/hatred became big at God, and at those who believed, as/like that God stamps/seals on every/each arrogant tyrant/merciless heart/mind .
