29:2 احسب الناس ان يتركوا ان يقولوا امنا وهم لايفتنون


TransliterationAhasiba alnnasu an yutrakoo an yaqooloo amanna wahum la yuftanoona
LiteralDid the people think/suppose that they be left that they say: "We believed." And they are not being tested .

Yusuf AliDo men think that they will be left alone on saying, "We believe", and that they will not be tested?
PickthalDo men imagine that they will be left (at ease) because they say, We believe, and will not be tested with affliction?
