19:55 وكان يامر اهله بالصلاة والزكاة وكان عند ربه مرضيا


TransliterationWakana ya/muru ahlahu bialssalati waalzzakati wakana AAinda rabbihi mardiyyan
LiteralAnd (he) was ordering/commanding his family/people with the prayers and the charity/purification, and (he) was at his Lord accepted/approved.

Yusuf AliHe used to enjoin on his people Prayer and Charity, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord.
PickthalHe enjoined upon his people worship and almsgiving, and was acceptable in the sight of his Lord.
Arberry He bade his people to pray and to give the alms, and he was pleasing to his Lord.
ShakirAnd he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased.
