11:118 ولو شاء ربك لجعل الناس امة واحدة ولايزالون مختلفين


TransliterationWalaw shaa rabbuka lajaAAala alnnasa ommatan wahidatan wala yazaloona mukhtalifeena
LiteralAnd if your Lord willed/wanted He would have made the people one nation, and they still/continue differing/disagreeing .

Yusuf AliIf thy Lord had so willed, He could have made mankind one people: but they will not cease to dispute.

Eventually however, the Divine Truth given in the Qur'an will be the dominant force in the world bringing most of the mankind together (9:33), (41:53), (48:28), (61:9).
